Cemented Dreams

Cemented Dreams is a 3D adventure project built in Unreal Engine 5, centered on a strange, heavy, dreamlike space where atmosphere matters as much as interaction. The project explores how sound, timing, and environmental feedback can make an unreal world feel physical.

My work focuses on systems engineering and audio implementation. I am building FMOD-driven spatial audio behavior, integrating SFX for gameplay events, and supporting UE5 gameplay systems so moments of movement, discovery, and interaction feel responsive instead of decorative.

The goal is to make each space feel grounded through sound: concrete surfaces, distant motion, mechanical responses, and subtle feedback that helps players understand the world while staying inside its mood.

Project Focus

  • Spatial Audio: Implementing FMOD-based audio behavior and positioning so environmental sound reacts naturally to player movement.
  • Gameplay Feedback: Connecting SFX and system events to make interactions clearer, more tactile, and easier to read.
  • Technical Support: Building and maintaining UE5/C++ systems that support the project's adventure structure and audiovisual presentation.
